Dealer Development/Sales – Rhode Island/ Connecticut Region

This position serves as a key liaison between OSAA and our customers in the Rhode Island and Connecticut Regions. The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a team environment developing and building strong relationships with current customers while cultivating relationships with new or past customers on a regular basis.
Responsibilities include:

• Maintain/develop solid business relationships with OSAA customers.
• Retain existing customers while continuing to expand our new customer base.
• Inform current/new/past customers about upcoming auction events.
• Consistently, provide the best customer service possible.
• Maintain call, fax, email and other contact report sheets, as needed.

Qualifications:
-Work well within a team environment.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Organized and able to multi-task.
-Previous experience preferred, not required.
